Thanks for the very clear explanation. I moved to AR from AZ a year and a half ago for this very reason. The area isn't sustainable, in my lifetime (ie. next 20-30 years). A year after I left Tucson had one of the worst fires in its history. I know everyone can't move, but at some point midwesterners who hate winters are going to stop flocking to the sunbelt...I think?!?
