Thanks for this article. I've tried everything to improve digestion and have made strides by cutting out dairy, grains, and sugars. But I still feel there is a missing link that has nothing to do with diet--and I am terrible with having a sleep schedule, despite no outside demands on when I get up and go to sleep. This week, I vowed to get up at the same time every day, spend a little time outside within an hour of waking, and go to bed at the same time every night.
