Thanks for this PSA. The keto diet is the first dietary protocol that has led to easy, sustainable weight loss because I'm not hungry all the time--as I've been ever since I can remember! I no longer want seconds. Some of us are exquisitely carb-sensitive, and even a dollop of ketchup can lead to a desire for cookies. People who can eat pop tarts with impunity don't grok this, unfortunately.
