The idea that someone is "the best writer" is simplistic. We have plenty of good writers. Wildfire writes about contemporary political issues that tend to inflame opinions. She's great at hooking people, but her writing is repetitive and formulaic. That's not the best. For the type of writing she does, she's highly effectively, but Medium presents many different types of writers.
