There is something in Naked and Afraid that is similar. More of the men (than women contestants) tend to have problems with the other gendering not being capable, or being too capable. The macho syndrome shows up frequently. Some might argue that given the nature of survival shows, this is to expected, but I can recall many episodes in which a badass female had to overcome mosquitoes, floods, starvation--and a guy who was being a baby. Some of these guys overcome during the show, which is cool to witness. I'm guessing that's more likely on Naked and Afraid than Love Is Blind.
