These types of cases are so frustrating. No body and the police seem to have set it aside. Everything about James makes him look suspicious. The authorities must've found something to clear him--or else it's a case where there is no body and therefore no will to solve it. That fake message at 11:56....seems pretty obvious it was sent by not her and most likely by James. And the guy misses work that day? Maybe he's not officially a suspect but you have to wonder if some cop isn't keeping him on his radar.
