This is so interesting. I worked as 911 dispatcher recently and every call had the same questions, beginning with "what is your exact address?" In a car accident, there was a list of questions, all very direct and relating to what was happening. In other words, you were asking the victim for information as efficiently as possible. It was one thing I really liked about the job. Too bad I couldn't do it because the schedule changed every other week!
