Totally relate. Went to great lengths way beyond the usual route. Finally settled on nixing sugar, balancing daytime blood sugar, inclined bed therapy and breathing normalization. I still sometimes have trouble sleeping but I'm much healthier and usually don't care :) I do like this compressed 8 hour approach and this will be the next grand experiment!
