Useful advice, especially the phrase "inane chatter." Can you help me now with people who sit in their cars, engines running and spewing exhaust while they play Candy Crush on their phones? Or the ones stand in doorways chatting, oblivious to the existence of other people?? What about those who care not a fig about parking rules???
