We have a lot of Lion's Mane on our neighborhood trees. Last year I harvested them (sometimes using a ladder) and stir fried. I got an excellent smaller variety off a log. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't tolerate this mushroom, whether from the farmer's market or the wild.
