We moved out 3 years from Tucson for this reason. The writing seems to be on the wall, yet the call of sunshine and warmer winters remains just as strong. At best, water rationing will become a normal part of life and people will build rainwater catchment systems, but what I foresaw were bigger water bills, more fires, and more heat.
