What does it mean to base recommendations on "the latest science on nutrition" when the vast number of nutrition studies support the same old, tired (wrong) advice to eat plenty of grains, lots of veggies, and as much fruit as you want--a high carb diet that continues to make Americans fatter and sicker. The latest science on nutrition comes from funding that continues to support orthodox nutrition at the expense of proven alternatives such as the keto diet. Beef, which is highly nutritious, is ranked below Coca-Cola and french fries (deep-fried in industrial seed oils)? That's laughable.
