When deconstructing personal success, there are usually very good reasons for it. Born with money and any combo of white, male, tall, goodlooking, have great hair, healthy & likable are a good place to start. It doesn't mean any of us can't strive to be better looking and more likable (and improve our hair) but the reality is, it's mostly luck. You can have almost none of those traits on your side and still get rich (Oprah) but let's get real, people have actual genetic and social advantages in the game of life.
