Yeah, agree on all these points. I am often hyperaware of other's body language, for instance, looking for any sign they want to end the conversation. I kind of know what's expected of me to say, too, I just don't care. As I get older, I care less and less. It takes effort and concentration to be fake, but I get the feeling it comes naturally to a lot of people, and it's really hard to comprehend that. It feels untrue to me, and I think that's the bigger problem.
