Yes this is me 100%. I've improved a tiny bit as I've aged, so I am less hypervigilant and mind-reading. Currently, I'm involved in a highly satisfying home job of moving gravel and rocks, and building a 75' path. Although it's hard physical labor, I love it because I KNOW WHAT TO DO. There is a clear target. It requires minimal communication. Growing up, I was so often confused it became my natural state. We simply didn't communicate feelings, just information--usually minimal. My parents minimized. I moved frequently, too frequently. I don't know if I'm ADHD, autisic, or suffering from C-PTSD but I know one thing--all those traits are how I've lived my life for over 50 years and it's tiring! I'd rather move rocks.
