You should be aware that estimates are that 80% of girls under 18 who are autistic go undiagnosed. Girls are much better at hiding social defects (we have to). I went undiagnosed my whole life and no diagnosis till 50+ because I got the gifted label applied. Please educate yourself about autism in girls and don’t assume this is a trend. Girls and women have been missed in huge numbers.
