Your wonderful article highlights the complexity of sound eating habits, and the traditions we need to maintain them. I've adopted many of these approaches in my quest to lose weight, especially never eating after dinner, eating what I want, avoiding fast food, and avoiding snacks. I could really benefit from sit down meals, though, and making lunch the centerpiece meal. Thanks for this dietary wisdom!
